1. Event Organiser

This event (“Event”) is organised by [Community/Association Name] (“Organiser”), a not-for-profit cultural group based in the UK.

2. Tickets & Entry

• Tickets are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation by the Organiser.
• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket/registration.
• Children under [age, e.g., 12] must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Event Conduct

• Attendees must behave respectfully towards others, volunteers, and performers.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.
• Alcohol, drugs, and prohibited substances are not allowed.

4. Health & Safety

• Attendees must follow venue rules and safety guidelines.
• The Organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, unless caused by proven negligence.
• Fireworks and open flames are prohibited unless organised by the committee.

5. Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to photography and videography, which may be used for promotional and archival purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the Organisers in advance.

6. Liability

• The Organiser is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, venue issues, or government restrictions.
• Liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
